Cancellation Policy

Reservations: To ensure your preferred massage treatments, we recommend scheduling in advance. Our reception team is ready to assist you in selecting the perfect treatment. Arrival: For your relaxation and to complete your health assessment form, we suggest arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions that may affect your treatment. All sessions are conducted after completing our client consultation card upon arrival. Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, kindly notify us, as certain massage treatments may not be suitable during this time. Cancellations: To accommodate other guests, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price. Late Arrival: Please honor your appointment time. If you arrive late, your treatment will conclude at the scheduled time, and full payment is required.
